BE READY FOR A TRANSFORMATIVE EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER
The Location: Magical Sedona
Sedona is one of the most spectacular and unique scenery of the world. Before Sedona was colonized in the early 1900s, it was a sacred site for pilgrimage for the indigenous people of the land. This land was revered for vision quests, rituals, and prayers, where individuals would seek insights to bring back to their communities, helping to solve problems and evolve in harmony with the cycles of nature. The area, before the construction of homes and commercial development, was considered sacred and to be kept intact according to universal laws. However, with the arrival of greed, Sedona transformed into a popular tourist destination, often losing its spiritual essence. During our retreat, we will honor and explore the land with the same devotion as our ancestors, paying homage to these sacred sites.

EVOLUTIONARY LEADERSHIP
A 3-day Retreat and 15hr of transformative healing
Evolutionary leadership is a new form of leadership that offers a multidimensional perspective of leadership integrating psychology, spirituality and personal development. As evolution implies a gradual process, when something changes into a better form; evolutionary leadership offers us a possibility to expand our leadership skills by developing and understanding ourselves on a deeper level.
WHY IS THERE A NEED FOR NEW LEADERSHIP ?
OLD LEADERSHIP PARADIGM VS
NEW LEADERSHIP PARADIGM
In today's world, we are witnessing a growing leadership crisis characterized by toxic and ego-based behaviors. Instead of fostering collaboration and empathy, many leaders prioritize their own self-interests, leading to disengaged teams and a lack of trust. Even the most successful companies can fail due to bad leadership, and that a CEO doesn't necessarily make a leader, many are placed in leadership positions without the capacity for true leadership.
Our mission is to shift the old leadership paradigm from a fear-based and aggressive one to one that is more aware and understanding of its people.
There is a need for a new leadership approach that values authenticity, inclusivity, and ethical decision-making. This refreshed leadership paradigm emphasizes the importance of empowering and inspiring others to reach their full potential. By embracing this transformative leadership model, we can create a culture that fosters trust, collaboration, and mutual respect.
"Leadership is not a popularity contest; it's about leaving your ego at the door. The name of the game is to lead without a title."
- Robin S. Sharma. Lawyer and Author
In the new leadership paradigm, women leaders have moved beyond survival mode and are thriving. They have deprogrammed themselves from the social identities bestowed upon them at birth. They transcend religious doctrines and instead embrace a broader understanding of themselves as part of the global human family. These leaders operate from a place of unity consciousness, recognizing the interconnectedness of all beings. They are driven by a deep desire to make a positive impact in the world, and they have honed the tools of self-management and emotional intelligence to navigate challenges and inspire others. These leaders are deeply connected to a source of inspiration and guidance, whether it be a spiritual belief or a personal connection to something greater than themselves. Grounded in this connection, they lead with authenticity, empathy, and a profound sense of responsibility, striving to create a more harmonious and equitable world for all.

On the third day of our retreat, we will reconnect with ancient wisdom that spans across time and culture. This day is designed to help you remember and honor the different timelines within yourself, drawing from Buddhism and Native American teachings to ground your purpose as a leader of the New Earth.
Mindful Walk to the Stupa Area
We begin our journey with a mindful walk to the Stupa, a sacred Tibetan space of worship. This Stupa represents the energy of the Bodhisattva and the path to enlightenment. As we arrive at the center of the Stupa, you will be invited to set your personal intention and leave a prayer in the golden book of this sacred space.
We will ring the Tibetan prayer bells as a collective offering, feeling the resonance and vibration of the sound. It will awaken and clear the energy around us preparing us for the day.
Walk to the Buddha Statue: Reflection on the Path of Siddhartha
Reflections on the journey of Siddhartha and the path of self-liberation.
The Buddha’s courage to challenge conventional structures and religious systems reminds us of the importance of walking our own path with integrity and leading by example.
Chanting the Three Jewels: The Three pillars of Buddhist wisdom
Deepening our connection with the space through chanting in Sanskrit the Three Jewels mantra. We will reflect on the translation of the mantra: I take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha.
This mantra will help us ground us in the teachings of Buddhism and our commitment to living a life of truth, liberation, and spiritual awakening. We will chant together and then meditate on how we can integrate this wisdom into our everyday lives.
Discussion Circle: Visioning for the Future: Grounding Wisdom for New Earth Leaders
Each woman will share about her reflections on the following questions:
What has been your most impactful experience or realization in the past few days?
What is your personal takeaway from the retreat?
Focus on the creation of a blueprint for success:
Identifying short-term and long-term goals.
Community building, sustaining relationships, and staying connected.
Navigating shifts in society with a focus on harmony with nature.
Grounding vision for the future:
Discussion on the importance of new Earth leaders—those who lead by reconnecting with the Earth, not opposing its natural flow (in contrast to anti-nature ideologies like transhumanism and oppressive systems). In this overstimulated world, where technology and materialism often pull us away from spirituality, we need to stay rooted in the Earth and the sacred.
We will share about an ancient Hopi prophecy enlightening us about the future:
A time in humanity where there will be a split in consciousness—one path leading to destruction and the other leading to a golden era of unity and renewal.
The Power of reclaiming sovereignty through land stewardship:
Especially for BIPOC communities, who can break free from cycles of abuse and oppression
Creating a sustainable future through permaculture projects:
Taking action toward creating generational wealth, legacy and freedom
You joining our retreat is funding our vision to create different sustainable models worldwide, contributing to a new path of sovereignty for the world and especially Indigenous communities. You will also be part of a light network that will expand beyond borders and conditions.
Medicine Wheel Ceremony: A Rite of Passage
As we enter the Medicine Wheel, we will honor the sacred teachings of this ancient Indigenous tool, which represents the cycles of life, interconnectedness, and balance.
We’ll explore the four cardinal directions and their spiritual meanings:
East: New beginnings, illumination, and clarity.
North: Wisdom, introspection, and the teachings of elders.
South: Growth, nurturing, and connection to the physical world.
West: Reflection, healing, and the mysteries of the unknown.
Beyond the four directions, we’ll also explore the dimensions of Above (spiritual guidance), Below (connection to the Earth), and Within (the self). This journey through the Medicine Wheel will serve as a rite of passage, marking an initiation into your future as a new Earth leader.
Smudging Ceremony: Honoring Ancestors and Clearing Energy
Before entering the Medicine Wheel, we will perform a traditional smudging ceremony to clear any stagnant energy and prepare yourself for transformation.
Crystal Ceremony: Intention Setting Through Gridwork
In the final part of the ceremony, each participant will receive a crystal from Sedona, a place of deep spiritual energy. With your crystal in hand, you will be guided to leave it somewhere on the land with a specific intention for the future. This act serves as a form of grid work, anchoring your vision and intentions into the Earth. The crystal will represent your personal commitment to creating a better world and a harmonious future.
Closing Circle & Gratitude
We will close the day with a final sharing circle, where each participant can express gratitude for the wisdom, teachings, and connections made throughout the retreat. We’ll seal the day’s work with a closing prayer, honoring the Earth, the ancestors, and the sacred journey we’ve walked together.
This day is an invitation to reconnect with ancient roots, ground your vision for the future, and step into your role as a leader in the new paradigm. As we walk from the sacred Tibetan Stupa to the Native American Medicine Wheel, we honor the wisdom of the past while grounding ourselves in the work of healing and transforming the world for generations to come.
